This App is designed to work primarily offline. All your data, including typing statistics, progress, settings, and achievements, are stored locally on your device using Room Database and DataStore.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App to prepare for or engage in any illegal activities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for any data loss due to device issues, uninstalling the App, or any other circumstances.
